Allergy revelation & personal observations over the years
I had an official allergy test that revealed
Level 2 Allergy for:Baker's Yeast, Cow's Milk
Level 1 for: spinach, caffeine, hops
I also got very strong seasonal allergies from pollen
So there is no voodoo to this story.
